Class was interesting today being able to go out on such a beautiful day and capture photos of our group and myself was fun. Working with Picasa today was pretty easy. Taking pictures with my group was fun Both of Sean and John seem like very cool guys. Sean is hilarious. He had some pretty interesting poses. Very funny. We took some pretty funny ones. Working with Picasa 3 is interesting. As I learn more about Picasa I will enjoy making movies, collages and more to then share these images with family and friends.
I look forward to exploring Picasa and familiarizing myself with it. Today I used Picasa to create a slideshow about me. I also learned how to send the image from my phone to my Picasa account I think that was pretty cool. Being creative is what makes every individuals work interesting. I will explore Picasa and begin to use my creativity to design my own videos and collages. I enjoy taking picture of anything and everything so this will be fun for me. I will have fun with this.

EOC Week 5

Everything that the book has is very useful information. I would recommend this book to those who have none or very little experience with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. The one thing I would like to learn how to use photo shop. Photo Shop seems like lots of fun and at the same time pretty hard and lots of work and time.
As an interior designer I would like to use photo shop to design a night club. I will design a very comfortable and upscale club. I will use vibrant colors such as silver, violet, white and gold. I will design these great lounge chairs and sofas for those couple looking for something just a bit private and comfortable. I will use lots of texture and colors on the walls. I would like for this club to become the best in town and attract all sort of people. This would be a lot of fun for all.
Another project I would like to design would be a child room. I will use the rainforest theme. I love the outdoors. And bringing the outdoors indoors would be lots of fun. I will use colors from greens, reds, orange, and browns. I will also include animals. Such as monkeys, giraffes, and birds. This will make the child feel like their actually in the wild. I will be able to modify shadows darks and lights. Having the advantage to use Photoshop will help create the designs I am looking for. Photo shop will take lots of time and lots of work. But the end results are well designed. If I get this chance I will us it to my greatest advantage.

Twitter

Twitter is a new internet base social networking and free messaging service that sends out updates to the ones who follow up. Twitter was created by Jack Dorsey. This became a corporation in May 2007. Twitter is also called a micro blogging. It is very similar to blogging the only difference is the character limit. Messages sent out by twitter users are limited to 140 characters. As soon as a twitter is posted thousands of people are able to view what is going on. This relies on messaging services such as from cell phone instant messenger such as Yahoo messenger and MSN messenger.
People will be updated as soon as the twitter is posted. Can let family and friends know what you’re doing and send a quick update. Creating an account only takes a few minutes. You will need to complete a profile including a picture. You will then need to link this to a cell phone or instant messenger. It will then allow the user to send and receive quick updates and messages from family and friends. I would like to have the option to only receive updates from certain people of organizations such as school, and work. I think twitter should only be use for similar purposes not to see how someone doing. For that you can easily just call the person or send a personal text or e-mail to them.
As a store manager I would like to have twitter available to be to be able to stay updated while I am on the go. I won’t have to go to work the next day open up my e-mail and see all sorts of updates. In order to avoid annoying people it is best to keep twitter at a minimum. I personally would only use twitter for school and work updates.
